Group mat classes

Pilates mat classes work the entire body through a series of repetitive exercises. In some classes small equipment such as resistance bands or balls will be incorporated into the class.

When practised consistently, Pilates will help improve your strength, coordination and mobility. It will help you move more efficiently and freely in everything you do – from training for a marathon, to practising yoga or simply keeping up with the kids.

Mummy & Baby class

If you have enjoyed Pilates in pregnancy, or are ready to take the next step to start your postnatal recovery, this is a natural progression in the months following delivery. A more relaxed class where your baby is welcome and you have freedom to balance exercise with the needs of your little one. The benefits of this class is to strengthen pelvic floor muscles, re-educate and retrain muscles throughout the body where natural changes have occurred. Babies and pre-walkers are welcome along to this relaxed class. Suitable for mums from 6 weeks post-partum.

Private 1:1 reformer class

Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout using the resistance of the reformer machine, incorporating cardio, strength training, endurance, core, flexibility and balance for each and every movement. A high intensity, low impact fitness-based approach workout to Pilates, using the continuous and constant tension of the reformer, allowing a more dynamic and targeted workout. With the use of additional equipment such as dumb bells, Pilates ring, Pilates box, resistance bands and more!
